I purchased one chair unsure if the heat and massage features would make this a thinner seat; thankfully it seems to be a very comfortable chair. I love the Orange color, it’s not a harsh or bright orange, but works well in my sunroom that I was looking for comfort, but bright. I’ve only seen browns, grays, black in the stores, I’m very pleased with this chair, and will buy a second for a pair.It comes as 11 parts; you do have to “build it”, which I did myself. I know the next one will go twice as fast, this probably took me 45 minutes. Partly because I couldn’t find one of the sides, which was WELL PACKED underneath the assembled seat cushion, quite tightly packed in. I had to release the foot rest and wrestle it out. I don’t care much for the finish on the bottom of the Backrest Ear Part. The covers are very tight over the “frames”; I couldn’t stretch the covers completely, but the weird part is the “tails” just seem to have no place to be.The Massage is quite nice; the little bit I tried the heat, I didn’t feel it much, but I was already hot from putting the chair. On the remote, the heat seems to not turn off when you turn it off; if you turn on the Heat it looks like you have to also turn it off. I don’t know if it has a timer and will turn off after a certain amount of time. There are no instructions to use the remote.I plan to purchase another chair.
