As advertised, they are small plastic spacers in the dimensions listed in the ad. I used them to provide a little extra clearance for some aftermarket items added to the engine bay of a car. These are not something you would want to use on an application that really needs to be torqued down heavily (though with the ID of these that shouldn’t be an issue as they are small and not for large bolts), they are more for smaller, moderate, weight items or hobby/electronics applications.
