These little discs work Ok. I’m mostly use them for grinding and dressing welds on sheet metal work. They are about durable as the HarborFreight discs.Much needed item to get work do eThe abrasive is pretty good and the adhesive that holds it is not bad either. BUT the adhesive that secures the disc to the screw on mandrel is still inferior. The disc comes apart if you catch it on anything like a rough edge. They are better than many of the cheaper disc. But still inferior to the 3M or other U S ones. But they do not cost near as much as the U S brands.Very nice just seemed to wear out a little quicker than store bought.Too many flaws and defects. I decided to return it. The tan discs where decent. The rest were all warped from the material being on a roll prior production, I'm assuming. They were not heat treated or straightened out before cutting the dices form the material. For work that requires pressure, it's not such a big deal. But on light precision uses it creates a vibration or rhythmic thumping during high speed rotation that messes with performance on delicate or important pieces. Many of them had poorly glued attachments to the discs and others had already fallen or falling off in the bag they came in. I didn't care to find out if they'd hold while they flew off under mid work load when so many weren't even usable for me. There was one that was never had the fastener glued to it at all. The rubber flange mount (holder) was too soft for my tastes, if it were a harder rubber it might have been enough pressure to flatten the discs out, but it wasn't. You can try to bend them the other way and flatten them yourself, but it loosens the glue on the fastener and you can hear it cracking lose. I didn't expect to be amazed or anything but this was too disappointing to keep. I do appreciate being able to return them, so thank you. Not trying to be harsh, just my assessment as a metal fab guy. They didn't compare against the ones I get at the 'cheap tool store' that have never had these issues, they're always flat, hold up well and the rubber flange is firm to work with giving you more control as well as a more even contact for a uniform result. To each his own. Seems some people are happy with them, maybe they have different needs. Cheers.All ?. Work greatThese work great. Compared to other the Harbor Freight discs I use to buy, these are substantially better. They last longer and are more effective at sanding metal welds down. Plus, you get much more for your money. I recommend them.This pack got me all the way through replacing both quarter panels on a 1969 el camino. Excellent grinding for the money!! No complaints from me.Good qualityI sanded this cast iron fence before I painted it. I had tried with a metal brush accessory for the drill but it wasn't working well, didn't take everything away, I bought these and wow the time it saves more importantly it brings the it to the white metal, so no more rust.... thanks for such a great productI use these in a M12 right angle die grinder and the combination is excellent especially for deburring saw cuts in Al. and zip wheel cuts in steel. Abrasive hangs in there just like it should, wear is reasonable, and they don't fly apart.This is my third order of this product. Almost one third of them teard apart within a minute or two. It never happens for the last two orders. I have to return it this time.These disks can't be beat for value.. way cheeper than 3M.. so far I found they last pretty long and don't fall off under pressures.
